For most people, obtaining CPR recertification online is quicker, and much more convenient than trying to find suitable hands-on training. This is an important consideration when you are a time poor health worker or student who is already having enough trouble juggling a busy lifestyle with study. It is much more sensible to spend the couple of hours that it takes to attend to recertification of your CPR certificate in front of your computer, and in the comfort of your own home.

Many people go to the time and trouble of obtaining their CPR certificate online, and then either forget or can't be bothered to attend to the recertification. Naturally in the health industry this is not allowed to happen, but the onus is still on each individual to make sure that they possess a valid CPR certificate.
