Prepaid Legal Services Scam-These Guys Are Really Good

By: Mr. Roman Bernard Sloan..

Some people seem to feel that the prepaid legal services that are being offered these days are some type of scam. This prepaid legal scam has permeated its way into over one million families in the United States and Canada. It has also created a pretty swanky lifestyle for some who have exploited its various home business opportunities.

The scam that peddles a prepaid legal service got its start in America back in the decade of the 70's and its founder said that it would help lawyers the same way medical insurance helped doctors. This scam wasn't new to society though because a less sophisticated version, which was said to have influenced the latest one, was the rage as early as the 1930's in Europe.

Let's Breakdown the Prepaid Legal Scam Here

Consumer Scam By Prepaid Legal - The ringleaders of these prepaid legal service scams have persuaded individuals and families to give up twelve dimes and one nickel everyday for some prepaid legal protection that they may never need for the rest of their lives.

Prepaid legal service organizations do agree to protect the legal rights of individuals and families kind of like how insurance organizations protect people's cars and houses. But people hold the legal rights of themselves and their families in lower regard than they do their precious vehicles and homes, so a preventative way to protect legal rights has to be a scam.

Prepaid Legal Lawyer Scam -This area of the scam is what usually gets people to be fooled by it. You see, prepaid legal companies have gotten reputable law firms from coast to coast to be complicit in this little prepaid legal services scam.

Even though participation in such a prepaid legal scam could mean immediate disbarment for these lawyers, not to mention the irreparable reputation damage, they still go the extra mile to really sell the scam by providing prepaid legal members with phone consultations, contract reviews, and even some courtroom representations. But I admit that there have been some complaints because the lawyer retainer fee of $1.25 a day doesn't cover the costs of trying a murders trial- SORRY.

Stock Scam Of Prepaid Legal -Clever thinking and manipulative moves have seen one of the most visible prepaid legal service organizations move into having shares of their stock being sold on the open market. They've positioned themselves on the New York Stock Exchange and now they are mutiplying their scam for everyone and hiding in plain view.

The bottome line here people is that prepaid legal service providers do not sell scams. They sell a way for families to feel protected when it comes to legal rights. The same way a person can't navigate a road and know if something unexpected will happen or not, the same can be said for legal help. You never know when you'll get into an auto accident or when your house'll catch fire- but you still pay for protection. That way of doing business could be called a scam too because you pay for something you hope to never use. Life insurance is the only sure thing because death happen to all.
