Villages

The town of Celebration is broken down into several “villages,” or neighborhoods, each with its own character. Selecting the village that is right for you depends on your personal criteria. Do you want to be in the midst of the downtown hustle and bustle, or do you prefer a quieter, woodsy atmosphere? Do you want to be near recreation areas or to your children's school? Is being close to shopping or expressways important to you? All of these are factors to consider when deciding which part of Celebration might be your best choice prices range from $200k to $6+ million.
Below is a brief description of each village, its location, and amenities. This information is meant as a general guide only
Celebration Village is the original village. It encompasses the downtown area and consists of 351 home sites. It has a “home business” district in addition to residential areas. There are many condos downtown, including the spaces above the shops, and a new condo development is under construction on former parking lots. Downtown features a large, heated neighborhood pool at Lakeside Park, which also has basketball courts and a volunteer library. It is close to downtown, Lakeside Park, and the elementary school.
West Village is the second village, bordered by the Celebration Golf Course and the elementary school. It has 95 homes, mixed between Cottage, Village, and Estate Homes. It is in close proximity to the downtown area, the K-8 school, and the golf course.
Lake Evalyn is the third village, located just past the downtown area, on the left hand side of Celebration Avenue. It is populated by mainly Garden homes, although Village and Cottage Homes can be found among its 59 homesites. There are lake views from many of the homes and it is close to downtown and the K-8 school.
North Village is the fourth village, located closest to the 192 entrance to Celebration. When entering town on Celebration Avenue, simply stay to your left and make a left hand turn once you have passed 417. This village has 367 homes in various styles, as well as townhomes and condos. It features a neighborhood pool and park/pavillion area and has  easy access to 192, 417, and I-4.
South Village the fifth village, with 552 homes. It is just past the downtown area, on the right hand side of Celebration Avenue. In addition to the home types in the previous villages, it also has Bungalows and condos ("Terrace Homes," in Celebration-speak). In this area, you will find Spring Park, which features a large neighborhood pool, playground, and clubhouse.
Roseville Corner is a small, 99 home section dominated by free-standing and attached Bungalow homes. It is located on the left side of Celebration Avenue, just before the entrance to Artisan Park. The area has many lovely rose bushes.
East Village is just past the downtown area, on the left hand side of Celebration Avenue. It features 387 homes in a variety of types, including town homes and condominiums. It has a small neighborhood pool and tot lot.
Aquila Reserve is the last village to be developed by The Celebration Company. It is located behind East Village, with 78 homes. It features a variety of home types, including Manor homes, but no condominiums or town homes. It does not have its own neighborhood pool.  It is surrounded by beautiful wooded areas and reserve views.
Artisan Park, the newest area of Celebration, is located at the end of Celebration Avenue. Unlike the other neighborhoods, it is being developed by Arvida, a St. Joe company, rather than The Celebration Company. It will have 300 single family homes, 50 townhomes, and 300 condos. The Artisan Park Clubhouse includes a pool, gym, locker rooms, restaurant, meeting rooms, and outdoor kitchen and has been designated to be used exclusively by the residents of Artisan Park and their guests.
